About me

Hi! Nice to meet you! I'm a first year japanology student living in a small city called Vaasa (Finland). In this blog I write about my everyday life and my intrests such as studying japanese culture, fashion and everyting that I find interesting at the moment. I get inspired by new things all the time and keep wanting to try out new stuff. That's how this blog was created in the beginning and I'm really glad I have kept it going on this long through its ups and downs. Especially because I have had such wonderful opportunities to talk to some of you awesome people!

I moved to Tampere in August 2012 because I wanted to study arts in Tammerkosken lukio high school and move to my own apartment. I graduated in December 2015.
I got accepted to study japanology in Fria Kristliga Folkhögskolan (FKF) that's located in Vaasa in June 2016. My studies began on 24.8.2016.

Hi! It's been a long time. I have been busy with all school work. I have a philosophy test tomorrow and I should be studying to it but no of course I'm not. I have to write an essay and study for another test for Tuesday and and and... no! Here are some random sketches that I have drawn lately. I hope you like them ^^ My little brother:) He plays piano (better than me:D)  My little brother again This isn't so fabulous..I know!! I tried my new watercolors on this without sketching. Colors are great.  Drawing with ink is one of my favorite styles to draw. Still I use ink on my drawings too rarely.

✮✧✻ Hellocon and Tea Party 2016 ✻✧✮

  Hellocon (18-19.6.).  My job was to keep an eye at the cloacroom but I also had much free time. I took a train towards Helsinki on friday right after I got my day at work finished. Train ticket was a lot harder to get than I assumed. All of the trains were fully booked up. Well that didn't stop me. I walked in to the next leaving train to Helsinki and paid 5 more euros to save myself from hanging around the train station half a day. Good decision even though I was scared of the large additional charge for a good while (because I didn't know how much it was). Someone kind enough offered me a seat next to him so I didn't have to stand there the whole time. This year I decided to apply for working as a volunteer in As soon as I arrived in Helsinki and succesfully found my way to the hotel where I and my friend were about to stay the weekend, we left for Verkkokauppa. Japanologian opinnoista Fria Kristliga Folkhögskolanissa Vaasassa! (only finnish this time)

 Heips! Nyt on taas se aika vuodesta kun syksy taas lähestyy ja jälleen kerran monelle on epävarmaa mistä jännästä sitä itsensä löytääkään. Uudet koulut alkaa, jotkut jatkaa samassa - myös minä ja joillekkin se on välivuoden paikka, ehkä jotain täysin muuta. Itselleni Vaasaan muutto tapahtui niin nopeasti, että vieläkin tulee toisinaan ihmeteltyä kuinka kaikki järjestyikään niin äkkiä. Onneksi se ei sentään ollut ensimmäinen muuttoni, sillä toissa keväänä oli niin paljon kaikenlaista muutakin härdelliä, että sain itkeä ja nauraa vuoron perään. Haluaisinkin tsempata nyt kaikkia niitä joilla on hankaluuksia - olivat ne sitten koulussa, kotona, tulevaisuushuolia tai jopa kaikkia sekaisin niin paljon, ettei millään enää jaksaisi - jatkakaa täysillä eteenpäin! Pyrkikää etsimään sitä omaa juttua, minkä eteen on valmis näkemään vaivaa. Se ei välttämättä ole helppoa, koska esimerkiksi omalla kohdallani kukaan ei osannut neuvoa minua suuntaan eikä toiseen ja etsin kaiken tiedon itse. Ja ...
