Heyy!! I haven't told you anything about my doings on this summer so here we go:) On July I came back from Lappeenranta where me and my family were visiting my grandparents and relatives. There we celebrate my 17th birthday which was 19th July. I got some presents and one of them I had been waiting for a while. I finally got earrings!^^ Now I can use all cute earrings I have always wanted to. The landscape was beautiful in our grandparents cottage. While when we were in Lappeenranta we went to watch "the sand castle"-event of the year. This years theme was "Kalevala" which is a well known finnish book about old finnish folkstories.

Moikka! Olin uuden penaaliksi kelpaavan pussukan tarpeessa, sillä vanha alkoi olla jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Senkin olin joskus itse tehnyt, tosin se on paljon yksinkertaisempi kuin tämä uudempi.  Löysin Eurokankaan palalaarista pari viikkoa sitten nätin ruusukankaan, enkä voinut millään jättää sitä sinne. Kotoa löytyi pari tilkkua, jotka sopivat sen kanssa hyvin yhteen ja sain idean käyttää niitä kaikkia kolmea tässä uudessa pussukassani. Siitä tuli ihan nätti. Hi! I needed a new pencil case because the old one was already seen it's best days. I had made it myself too but it is more simpler than this new one. A couple of weeks ago I found pretty rose printed fabric from Eurokangas and I couldn't leave it there. From home I found a couple piece of fabric whose fit very well with it and I got an idea of using those all in my new pencil case. Löysin jotain viimevuotisia koulussa tehtyjä kuvistöitä ja ajattelin laittaa niistäkin kuvia:) I found some school works from last year and decided to share them with you:)  Tämä on öljyvärityö, jonka tehtävänanto oli, että maalataan jokin lapsuusmuisto. Jotkut saattaa huomatakkin että tuo sateenkaari tuolla on virheellinen, koska sen värit on väärin päin.. hups :D This is an oil color painting which guideline was to paint some childhood memory. You may realize that rainbow there is wrong colored. . oops :D Tämä taas on tehty hiilellä. En yleensä paljon piirrä hiilellä, joten oli haastavaa tehdä tätä näinkin isolle paperille kuin A2 . And this is a work done with carbon. I don't usually draw with carbon so it was pretty hard to draw this on a such big paper like this was. (size A2)

Moi kaikille! Kesäloma on alkanut ainakin itselläni tosi kiireisissä tunnelmissa. Eilen tulin takaisin Lahdesta Desuconista ja oli muuten tosi hauska kokemus. En ole aikaisemmin ollut missään isommassa conissa, joten oli sekin pakko kokea. Otin sieltä niin paljon kuvia ja videoita että kameran muistikortista loppui muisti XD Laitan muutaman kuvan tähän alapuolelle. Hi to all of you! Summer holiday has started and I have been very busy. Yesterday I came back home from Desucon held in Lahti. I haven't been in any this kind of big event before. It sure was very fun experience.
